Keltrix provides B2B sourcing, special project sourcing, logistics coordination, and business setup coordination services. Refunds depend on the nature of the work performed, third-party terms, and documented expenses already incurred.

Service fees

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, including supplier searches, quote comparison, documentation work, logistics coordination, commercial consulting, and business setup coordination support.

Supplier purchases

Approved supplier purchases or third-party logistics costs are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier, forwarder, or service provider.

Third-party professional services

Any fees paid to third-party legal, tax, accounting, or compliance professionals involved in business setup support are subject to the terms of those providers.
