Service fees

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, including supplier searches, quote comparison, documentation work, logistics coordination, and commercial consulting.

Supplier purchases

Approved supplier purchases or third-party logistics costs are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier, forwarder, or service provider.
